Had same day service .. My mother is in. Hospice unit and needed to get the AC repaired fast so I could bring her home to a comfortable house which thanks to velocity air we will be able to do so

Great team, all knowledgeable and wonderful to work with however there was an issue with scheduling. We told Velocity to pick a schedule that worked for them, the rep said next day 9am-11am. Day of appt got a call that the appt was actually 1pm-3pm. At 2pm, got a phone call that they could not make it that day and needed to reschedule for the following day 11am-1pm, rep did make that time but it was frustrating when we were open to whatever day they needed but could not adhere on their end once the appt was set.

Customer service was prompt and friendly. The technician industriously finished the job in 2 hours time. I bought a new condenser/compressor 10 yr warranty on parts, 1 yr warranty on labor. Total expense was $2900.

I got a quote for 8 vents and one day installation (this was to replace A/C duct work for the whole house). When the installers had taken a number of things apart, they told me I needed 10 vents. It cost an extra $500 for the 2 extra vents. I was told it would take 1 day for installation. It took 2 days. So I didn't get what I expected. The guys who actually did the work knew what they were doing, though.
