It's just nice to have honest punctual people come to your home. Tyler and crew were great and gave me a great price on new unit. Big plus he got my old AC to run cool till the switch was made the next day.

I had a "911" emergency situation...came home to find water dripping through my entry way from the 2nd floor of my townhome!! Mind you I had the A/C company who originally installed my A/C unit out to service it 6 days early. Velocity sent 2 service techs out within an hour from when I requested help. Chad and Tyler diagnosed the cause of the backup and leakage within 1hr. Made great suggestions to improve quality of A/C unit and referred a water/ mold company to help me solve my concerns of how to deal with the water damage that was caused by the leak. Customer service at its best!

I was in a real bind as the A/C was not working in my rental property. I thought it would be an easy fix and it snowballed into something out of my monetary control. When I explained my situation, they did everything to help me and work with me. They also explained why everything needed to be done and what could wait.
