I was not happy with the service I received. The "Spring Tune Up" was a 20 minute look at the units check the pressure and leave. $59.00 each unit and I have 2 systems. REALLY!!!!!

Job: $1000 for an air handler drain line PVC pipe replacement, flush of exterior drain pip, and tilting of overflow tray. Pros: -Did a great job -Were very plight/professional/knowledgeable -Fast -Responded quickly Cons: -Expensive -Left leftover excess materials I had to clean up myself. It wasn?t much but for the price I would have expected this cleaned up -No military or senior discounts Bottom line: I?d hire them again but might consider others due to the price.

Technician was there during the time range provided and was able to get the issue resolved. I was quoted service call price of $49. Which to me was reasonable. However, the issue turned out to be thermostat settings. I was not provided any repair estimates. However, to just change thermostat setting repair can't be $185 which the technician wanted. That to me is ridiculous. When we complained to the technician, he did bring the price down to $139 and offered free freon in future visit. However, don't understand why not charge only for service I requested.

Had a tech who arrived and stated a thousand reasons on what could be wrong...I think he tried every scare tactic in the book and I told him so. Tried to sell me a new AC system which had bad overall ratings on researching it. Very disappointed. Ended up getting two lbs of freon at almost $300.

The work the office told me would be done was different from the work the tech was performing. Simple summer yearly maintenance and vent cleaning. The cleaning is a separate estimate and the items the office said was included in the maintenance was not anything close to the thirty minute ‘did that guy do anything’ waste of time. I will be looking elsewhere for further maintenance.
