Tyler was here in less than 15 minutes after I called Home Advisor. Friendly, knowledgable, a really nice person. Took five minutes to diagnose the problem which was in the A/c heating system and I didn't time it but he had the problem fixed within thirty to forty five minutes. Really good fair price with guarantees. Charged only estimated price. I would give Velocity and Tyler nothing but the highest of recommendations.

I received a call with 5 minutes of my request. The dispatcher said Chad would be calling within 15 minutes. Chad called within 5 minutes and said he would be out within the hour! Chad and his assistant arrived 45 minutes later and wasted no time resolving my heating problem. I am very, very satisfied and I will continue tio use Velocity in the future.
