Service Tech was great. Very knowledgeable and customer service orientated. Repair was done late in the afternoon but the company was able to get the fan motor and get it repaired.

This company was excellent in all respects including the way the spoke with me, the way they performed the work, and added extras they did in finalizing the job. They replaced my duct work and installed a bridge for better air flow in my condo. They additionally adjusted the air flow in each room to get the best circulation.

My exterior unit went out a few days back, and after doing some research I had a general idea as to what part wasn't working (the capacitor). I had Velocity come out since I am not a HVAC pro and wasn't sure if my guess of what was wrong was correct or not. When they came out to look at it they didn't even know what was wrong with it!!!!! I called these guys so I wouldn't have to guess which parts needed to be changed! He basically explained it could be any of the parts of the unit and suggested possibly buying a whole new unit. Thanks captain obvious. Should have just gone and replaced the cheap capacitor part myself instead of having them charge me an arm and a leg. For the kicker, the service guy lit up a cigarette right next to me without asking and discarded his cigarette butt on the ground next to my unit. Never again will be having them come to my house!!!
