They showed me what had happened to my 15 year old AC, and I ask them to replace the entire unit. They did that later that day, and the installation team was polite and extremely hard working and did the job without taking any breaks, even though they worked late in the evening.

Review for Velocity Air Conditioning: This review is late due to unforeseen circumstances. Which blends in nicely with my enormous mistake that Velocity Air covered, and corrected without hesitation. Many thanks to Jason, Runnel, David, Pete, Bill(owner) and Doreen for their can do spirit and positive attitudes during this situation. In short, Bill had given me an estimate by email and I acknowledged the email and told him I’d get back to him. We had just closed on the house and scheduled to leave for a couple of weeks. However while trying to schedule other appointments, I failed to get back to Bill. But thought I had given them the go ahead. On the day, (in my mind), Velocity Air was scheduled to begin working, they (in my mind were late). I called the office and spoke with Doreen. After a short conversation, Doreen asked to call me back. When Doreen called Pete (Supervisor) was on the phone. He stated he didn’t see it on the schedule. By this time Bill was in the office and they had me speak with Bill. After realizing this total cabal was MY MISTAKE, I apologized profusely. Bill said he was sending a crew out with extra hands immediately, and hoped they could finish it all in one day. After my embarrassment, I was glad he still wanted the job. I highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning needs. They are outstanding and I will hire them again without reservation.

Once a service call for cleaning identified a problem, they were able to completely install a new unit in the same day! Impressive! Service and installation crews were professional and knowledgeable . I recommend this firm.

Very nice man who came and fixed it. It's only a temporary fix for now. Need a whole new unit. Very expensive, but you need AC living in Florida.
