I was extremely satisfied with the overall service that I have received. Tyler was very professional in solving my issues within minutes. Also he was very courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Velocity Air Conditioning will be my #1 place for all my A/C services/repairs.

I really did not have time to research ac companies but I didn't need to because Velocity air was awesome. Chad came right over, and diagnosed the problem, explained several options and helped us make the best decision. I had recently been quoted astronomical prices on a new system, so I was really worried. Velocity air sold us a great 16 SEER 4 ton unit at a discount of over $1000. Plus a superior warranty of 10 years!! Now I don't have to worry about it. The install was done in one day and I did not have to leave work at all. I highly recommend this team!!

Chad was our service tech. He called twice to update me on time. When here he was very polite and professional. Great job on cleaning the unit and it still smells great hours later. Will use them any time we have problems but every year for a cleaning and check up for sure.
