Write a ReviewThe service person was very informative and pleasant.
I found I needed a new ac and they were prompt and informative,
Service cost a lot more now than 4 years ago.

Thanks for the review. Our goal to is provide the best service to our customers by being very thorough on every visit to eliminate the chance of a call back. if you need to address any concerns feel free to call us anytime.
I may have just had a bad experience with my AC unit, but I've had 9 calls for service. The first was to temporarily fix my unit because I accepted an upsell. The second visit was to let me know that what I had been told wouldn't work, so I took another upsell. We knew we needed new interior and exterior units. The third visit was the install, which took 8 hours - as we were told. Unfortunately, the thermostat was incorrectly wired to heat, and after repeated calls to the company (6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm), no one came, so I had to turn off the AC at the breaker box. A repairman came out for the fourth visit and fixed the wiring in 5 minutes. The fifth visit was to add a pump up through the roof instead of running a drain line. The sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth visits were all to fix parts that had failed due to bad manufacture, but the ninth visit I was listed as not properly maintaining the unit. I was told that I had to pour vinegar or bleach into the system, turning the overflow valve to the side so as not to shut off the system, once a month; the repairman installed a t-joint so I could do this. Two of these visits were after we were out of town and the AC stopped working. Customer service responds to calls, but I must have gotten the worst AC unit ever as I've had so many calls for repair. And who ever heard of putting vinegar or bleach into the pump? Once my contract is over, I will probably use someone else. The coincidences for failures are too many, and while the staff are polite, I'm tired of having to lose time at work for repairs or having to be in a hot house.
Thanks for the review. there was a manufacturer defect with the blower control board on your new a/c unit we installed that did not come to light right away. We thank you for your time and the opportunity
