The technician arrived right on time and completed the work very quickly, even making a repair to the A/C thermostat wire that I had been told by another company would have to be replaced. Saved me a lot of time and money, I am sure. The only problem I had was the repairman never gave me a paid invoice; he said it would be emailed. When I didn't receive it, I called the company and they said I should get it by Monday or Tuesday...it's Monday now and I still have not received it. Other than that, everything was great and my A/C is working great!

They promised me that the parts would be in within two days. They didnÂ’t have the parts for a week. Also, they misdiagnosed the problem and the job cost me a lot more than it should have. Not dependable!!! Will never hire them again!!!

The crew that replaced our A/C was on time and very polite. They explained everything they were doing and did not mind questions. They really knew their business. Before they left they cleaned up and made sure that we were happy with the system.

To clean out the condensation drain line which serves two units cost was $350. Took less than one hour to do. Seems pretty pricey for what was done
