The company reacted to an emergency situation and showed up on the same day. The technician was very thorough and found the problem immediately. While on this appointment did a complete system tune-up. He showed and recommended some areas to watch. I would use them again.

They were quick to call us back and showed up before scheduled time. Brad our tech was super nice knowledgeable and helpful. They even left a portable air conditioner until they come back to do new installation. Would totally recommend them!

This company will steal from you and the techs are useless. They have zero training. They told me a specific part was bad then charged me 900 dollar for the part. Two days later a different tech came back and did not install the part. Just cleaned the coil. Never told me and kept the money. This is stealing! The problem was still not fixed 2 days later after 4 techs had been to my home. I had to hire a new company to fix the problem in one visit. They trashed my vents and entire attic and returns. The owner promised me a 600 dollar refund. After a week of begging he decided he will not refund the money. I warm you do not do business with this company. They are cheats and liars!

We are a reputable company and our technicians are licensed and trained. You agreed to pay us to install a second return, clean the indoor coil and adjust the freon on your rental house. After we did the work, we came back multiple times to tend to your problematic ac system at no additional charge to you. We did not touch your existing 20 year old duct work that was in bad shape to begin with. You can not get a refund on work we already performed and you would not provide us with any documentation that you had another licensed ac person come behind us.

I was told an inaccurate diagnosis, and was charged for the estimate. I got a second opinion and learned that there was a different issue. Company also could or would not cover cost of parts under warranty for 2 yr old unit.
Response from Company:
We found an issue with the thermostat at the time of replacement, if you would have called the office we would have repaired your system for free.
