Velocity Air arrived and did not test the unit, like other companies had in the past. They said they added an lb of Freon, which they did not. They said that the outside coil needed to be replaced, which would cost $2,100. Hired another company, who resolved my issue and said the cool was not leaking and did not need replacing. Do not hire Air Velocity and always get a 2nd opinion.

Very professional and honest. My unit was over 15 yrs old and the guy didn't ask me how old my air conditioner was. Every other company I have called for service wanted me to replace my air conditioner when they found out how old my air conditioner was before even looking at it, and all it needed was freon. No high pressure at all from Velocity, not one bit. The guy gave me three options and quotes and left so I could make my own decision. I was so impressed I called him back under 5 minutes to tell him to replace my air conditioner. He sent someone to my house with an air conditioner for the night at no charge and they were back first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this company. The installers were very polite, and answered any questions I had and they did a fantastic job. Velocity is my go to air conditioning service from now on! Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

They are expensive. They charged me 722.00 the first day for parts and labor. The second day they put the parts on then they wanted to charge me another 700.00 for another part. I could not do it. So they said they would put a temporary fan on my air conditioner. They said I did not owe anything. But how long does a temporary fan last?

Very professional. Came out to evaluate my situation, was very thorough, and gave me my options. A *little* sales pressure, but he was right. The workers who came out to do the install were not only on time, but a little bit early. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up every last speck when they were done. I would absolutely recommend Velocity to anyone looking for a new AC system.

It started off as a great experience with this company but all my respect for them went out the window at the very end. Once repairs were completed, they decided to throw insulation (with fiberglass) INTO the air ducts to see if it was blowing air in the downstairs vents. Instead of simply walking downstairs with a ladder to check if air was blowing, they threw fiberglass insulation in the ducts which blew out EVERYWHERE. All over my kids toys, bottles, pacs, beds, kitchen, etc... the lack of professionalism blows my mind. The technician just laughed when he told me what he did and suggested I *may* want to wash my kids bottles again due to a little *attic dust* . When I called the office and manager to tell them what occurred, I was simply brushed off, dismissed and met with attitude from the person answering the phones. Yes, they were fast to come and got the job done but definitely would not recommend them based on the added mess with fiberglass insulation everywhere.

They were very fast to come and find my problem with my HVAC. They came when they said they would (which is high in my book these days) and were very efficient in solving the problems. The repair work was done quickly and he left no trash or dirt in the house. I would call then again with no hesitation in the future.
