Where to begin. The sales guy was quick to come out and determine we needed a new ac altogether since the system was not functioning properly due to clogged coils. The sales guy did not measure and sold us a unit that would not fit. They already had torn out the old unit. When they installed the new one later that day, the coil was busted and needed a new part. Since it was the weekend. We had to get by with a window ac unit. While they were putting in the new unit, they destroyed the old door frame. They have yet to fix that. They did throw in a few upgrades for our system because of the hassle, but I would really like my door fixed.

They came to evaulate, gave free quote. Negotiated a fair price and provided low interst option to enable me to pay for unit, electrical panal and electrician. One payment only. Customer service was very good you can get akways get person the phone.

This company was very professional, friendly, and very fast to do the work. We had a bit of an emergency and they helped us out right away. They cleaned up after their work and were very pleasant to work with. Reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend!
